NCFG Denton Field Meet Jan 13-16

Hello everyone,

As you may (or should already know), the annual field meet will be in Denton at Camp Walter Johnson on MLK weekend (January 13-16th).

A couple of important details.

It is of utmost importance that you RSVP for the meet. Do that here. RSVP Deadline is January 6th.

Membership is due for ALL members at this meet. Membership has always supposed to have been from year to year, meaning, your membership expires on January 1st every year regardless of when you joined. The only exception is lifetime members and anyone that paid for multiple years. Please bring cash or check.

Meets are restricted to members only for falconers. If you are interested in coming and are not a member, and do not wish to be a member, we ask for a $20 facilities fee to participate.

We will have breakfast at CWJ and dinner. Costs are detailed on the attached flyer.

The annual Auction will occur on Saturday evening. Please bring an item to donate. We can only accept cash or checks so please come prepared.
